How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include all of the following information to be considered valid:

Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner. |

Physical or electronic signature — Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized representative. |
Our Response Process
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice we will review it within 5 to 7 business days. If we determine the content is infringing we will remove or disable access to the content promptly.
We will also notify the party who posted the allegedly infringing content and give them an opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error you may send a counter-notice to apkgalaxy01@gmail.com with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice
Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake and your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant court.
False Claims Warning
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not submit a DMCA notice unless you have a legitimate claim.
